北海道札幌市の賃貸住宅設計。限られた面積の中に、立体的な広がりを生み出す住まい。

札幌市南区の住宅街に建つC BOX。

一般的な賃貸住宅との差別化を図るため、
3LDK住戸のリビングを2階に配置し、
スキップフロアによって限られた床面積の中に
立体的な広がりをつくり出している。

さらに、床下に半埋め込みとした暖房設備と
パッシブ換気暖房を採用。
操作に頼らず、冬でも安定した室内環境を保つ住まいとしている。

A rental housing project in Sapporo, Hokkaido. A home that creates vertical openness within a limited floor area.

C BOX is located in a residential neighborhood in Minami Ward, Sapporo.

To differentiate it from typical rental housing,
the living room of the 3LDK units is placed on the second floor and organized as a skip-floor space,
creating a sense of spatial openness within a limited footprint.

In addition, a semi-recessed heating system installed beneath the floor
works together with a passive ventilation heating system.

Without relying on complicated controls,
the building maintains a stable indoor environment even during the winter.

敷地は札幌市南区の閑静な住宅街。
一般的な賃貸住宅が並ぶ環境の中で、
「空間の質」で差別化することを目指した。

3LDKの2階リビングをスキップフロア構成とし、
天井高さの変化と視線の抜けによって、
実際の面積以上の広がりを体感できる計画としている。

限られたスペースを有効活用するため、
暖房設備は床下に半埋め込みとした。
さらにパッシブ換気暖房を採用し、
機械的な操作に依存しない安定した温熱環境を実現。

入居者が特別な操作をしなくても、
冬期でも快適に過ごせる住空間としている。

賃貸であっても、
空間体験と性能は妥協しない。

C-BOXは、
都市型賃貸の新しい基準を提示する住宅である。

In a neighborhood of conventional rental housing,
C-BOX differentiates itself through spatial design and environmental performance.

The skip-floor living area introduces vertical variation and visual depth,
making the space feel larger than its actual dimensions.

To maximize usable area, heating equipment is partially embedded beneath the floor.
The passive ventilation heating system maintains thermal comfort efficiently,
reducing energy consumption while providing consistent indoor conditions.

C-BOX demonstrates that rental housing can offer both spatial richness and environmental intelligence.
