La Cerisierは、札幌市内の小高い丘に位置し、遠景を望めるロケーションにあります。この敷地の特性を最大限に活かし、建物は遠景に対して素直に沿わせたデザインを採用しました。主要な居室は2階に配置し、大きな窓から四季折々の美しい景色を楽しめる設計としています。
環境に配慮した外観デザイン
外観は片流れの屋根の下に大きな窓を設置し、日射制御を行いながら室内も同様の形態とする事で高低差のある大らかな空間としました。加えて、高断熱化し札幌版次世代住宅としての高い性能を持たせています。また、屋根形状は雪国ならではの自然環境に適応し、機能的でありながら美しいシルエットにしています。
家族を包み込む温かみのあるインテリア
室内は屋根形状や構造を素直に表現し、自然の素材感を活かした仕上げとしました。これにより、空間全体が家族を大らかに包み込み温かみを生み出します。さらに、2階に設けた大きく張り出したバルコニーは、光を反射し、天井の梁に柔らかな明るさを与え、空間に潤いを加えます、それにより、住人の生活に潤いを与える様に考えました。

La Cerisierは、高い断熱性能や日射制御によるエネルギー効率の向上だけでなく、建物の形態（デザコン）にも着目をしています。自然の風景と調和したこの家は、住まう人々に豊かな生活と潤いを与え、札幌の風土に根差した持続可能な住まいのあり方を考えました。

The main living spaces are located on the second floor, where large windows provide breathtaking views of the changing seasons throughout the year.
Environmentally Conscious Exterior Design
The exterior features a sloped roof with large windows beneath it, allowing for effective solar control while creating a spacious and dynamic interior with varying ceiling heights. Additionally, the design incorporates high thermal insulation, achieving the high-performance standards of Sapporo's next-generation housing. The roof shape is thoughtfully adapted to the snowy climate, offering both functional benefits and a visually appealing silhouette.
Warm and Embracing Interior for Family Living
The interior showcases the natural form of the roof and structure, with finishes that highlight the texture of natural materials. This design approach creates a warm and inviting space that gently embraces the family. The large, extended balcony on the second floor reflects light, casting a soft glow on the ceiling beams and adding a sense of vitality to the space. This thoughtful design brings a sense of richness and comfort to the daily lives of its residents.
