札幌ふしこ内科・透析クリニックは、住宅地とマンションに囲まれた敷地に位置しています。この環境の中で、患者がリラックスして透析治療を受けられるよう、細部まで配慮して設計した医療施設です。 建物の中央を大胆にくり抜き、中庭を中心とした開放的な空間デザインとしました。待合スペースや透析室はこの中庭に面して配置され、窓からは四季折々の自然が目に入ります。自然の光と緑がもたらす穏やかな雰囲気の中、透析という長時間の治療も快適に過ごしていただけます。

外断熱設計で快適な室内環境を実現

クリニックではRC外断熱工法を採用し、安定した室内環境の提供を目指しました。この設計により、夏は涼しく冬は暖かい快適な温度が保たれるため、患者さまが透析中もストレスなく過ごせます。 さらに、外断熱により内部結露の発生を防ぎ、空気環境の清潔さを保つことで、医療施設にふさわしい衛生的な空間を維持しています。患者さまにもスタッフにも心地よい空間設計を追求しています。

患者とスタッフ双方の動線に配慮した設計

クリニック内は、患者とスタッフの動線を分けることで、スムーズな診療フローを実現しました。これにより、患者は静かで落ち着いた環境の中で治療を受けられる一方、スタッフも効率よく業務を行うことができます。 また、スタッフ専用の休憩スペースも中庭に面しており、忙しい業務の合間に自然を感じながら心身をリフレッシュできる工夫が施されています。このつかの間のリラックス時間が、スタッフの働きやすさと医療の質向上にもつながっています。

Providing Comfortable Dialysis Treatment in a Relaxing Courtyard-Encircled Space

Sapporo Fushiko Internal Medicine & Dialysis Clinic is located in a residential area surrounded by apartment buildings. The facility has been meticulously designed to ensure that patients can relax and receive dialysis treatment comfortably in this urban environment. The building features a bold architectural design with an open courtyard at its center. The waiting area and dialysis rooms are positioned to face the courtyard, offering views of seasonal greenery and natural light through large windows. This tranquil atmosphere, filled with the gentle presence of nature, provides a comfortable environment even during long hours of dialysis treatment.

Creating a Comfortable Indoor Environment with Exterior Insulation Design

The clinic adopts an RC (Reinforced Concrete) exterior insulation construction method to ensure a stable and comfortable indoor environment. This design helps maintain a cool temperature in summer and a warm atmosphere in winter, allowing patients to undergo dialysis without discomfort. Additionally, the exterior insulation prevents internal condensation, ensuring clean and hygienic air quality—essential for a healthcare facility. This approach creates a comfortable space that benefits both patients and staff alike.
