敷地の自然な傾斜を活かした設計
この住宅は、札幌市内の住宅地に位置し、敷地の1.6mの傾斜を活かした素直な断面計画が特徴です。敷地造成を行わず、傾斜地に適応したデザインにより、建設コストを抑えつつ、敷地や周辺環境との調和を図っています。
中庭を囲む「オオウ」形のプラン
敷地の間口を最大限に活用するため、車庫と玄関で道路からの視線をカットし、敷地中央に中庭を設けました。リビング、ダイニング、キッチンを取り囲む「オオウ」形のレイアウトにより、家全体が外部と自然に繋がり、開放的で居住性の高い空間を得る様に設計しています
低く抑えた庇と滑り込むような玄関
傾斜に合わせて2階部分を配置することで、道路側からは1層分の高さがあり、庇を低く抑えたデザインが、通りに対して穏やかな表情を作り出します。滑り込むような玄関が、外観に落ち着きと趣を与え、プライバシーを確保しつつ、周囲との調和を保っています。
自然と調和した住宅の開放感
この住宅は、敷地の傾斜と周囲の環境を最大限に活かし、自然光と風を取り入れるデザインが特徴です。プライバシーを守りながらも、開放感のある生活空間を実現しています。
Design that Takes Advantage of the Natural Slope of the Site
This residence is located in a residential area in Sapporo, and its design features a straightforward sectional plan that takes advantage of the 1.6-meter slope of the site. By avoiding land leveling and adapting to the sloped terrain, the design minimizes construction costs while maintaining harmony with the natural environment.
"Oow" Shaped Plan Surrounding the Courtyard
To maximize the use of the site’s frontage, a garage and entrance were designed to block the view from the road, and a central courtyard was created. The "Oow" shaped layout, which surrounds the living room, dining room, and kitchen, ensures that the entire home connects naturally with the outside, creating an open and highly livable space.
Low Overhang and Sliding Entrance
By positioning the second floor in accordance with the slope, the building has a one-story height on the road side, with a low overhang that creates a gentle expression toward the street. The sliding entrance adds a sense of calm and character to the exterior, providing privacy while maintaining harmony with the surroundings.
Open Space Harmonizing with Nature
This residence maximizes the potential of the sloped site and surrounding environment, featuring a design that invites natural light and airflow. While ensuring privacy, the design creates an open and spacious living environment.
